Just last week, President Obama’s Federal Aviation Administration announced plans that are designed “to rename three navigation points near Palm Beach International Airport in Florida.” The FAA had originally named the coordinates after Donald Trump.
DONLD, TRMMP, and UFIRED are now going to be replaced with “non-controversial” names.
Although they aren’t saying as much, it’s clear that the decision was made following Trump’s comments about illegal immigrants during his campaign announcement. Ever since then, he’s faced immense backlash from the liberal community and has been dropped from several business arrangements.
Still, Trump is standing by his concerns, and has even taken the time to meet with families of Americans who lost their loved ones to illegal immigrants. The outreach is part of his plan to “make America great again.”
